3-Day Inner Child Residential Retreat

Inner Child is our inner self, where our emotions live and we store a lot of our unresolved drama and trauma. It is that space which directs our current fears, insecurities, sadness, dramas, anxiety, behaviors inorder to protect us from what we have experienced before.

By reclaiming and healing these inner children, we release many blockages, fears and emotions stored in our conscious and unconscious minds and begin to change the way we live and respond to our environment.

About the Environment

The retreat is held in a peaceful, natural environment, in the midst of nature to allow participants to relax, reflect, and reconnect with both nature and themselves.

Accommodation is in cozy double sharing cottages with attached bathroom. You'll enjoy satvik vegetarian meals, nourishing and wholesome, to support your physical and emotional well-being throughout the retreat.
