Series of talks from different experts around the various aspects of our life which affect our emotions and how we live our life based on those factors. In these talks we will discuss a topic and share different tools and strategies which you can use in your everyday life.
On certain days, we experience carrying our emotions from one event to another eventually leading to exhaustion, anxiety and in some cases, burnout. This carry over of events can adversely impact our ability to think and act clearly.
Identifying the triggers of spillover and implementing measures to re-direct our emotions can gradually reduce the incidents of exhaustion and burnouts, thereby making oneself not just more productive but a more aware and happy individual.
