Client Story: Kidney stones resolved through Reiki

While I stay in Bangalore, my son Rahul (name changed to protect privacy) stays in another city.  Of late he had been complaining of acute pain in the abdominal region. He is about 32 years and leading a fairly healthy and normal life. So we were worried when he started to complain about the pain constantly.

Being a mother naturally I was worried for him especially since he stayed alone in a different city.

He had complained of minor discomfort earlier also but we didn’t think it was anything to worry much about. But of late it seemed to have escalated causing him a lot of pain. That was enough reason for me to rush to his side and comfort him.

Then one of the nights, the pain got worse, and he suffered through the night. The pain became so unbearable for him that we rushed to a doctor in the morning. The physician referred us to an Urologist as he felt that it may be related to the kidney. We were asked to get a sonography done.

That’s when I called Indira, my colleague from Bangalore. She is a reiki grandmaster and I felt she could help. She asked me to wait for the sonography results and said if it was Kidney stones then she could definitely heal Rahul. As luck would have it, the test did reveal stones in both kidneys. I relayed the same to Indira. She said Reiki could definitely help heal him.

Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

I had two problems, one was that I was in a place far away from Bangalore while Indira was in Bangalore. The second was that I was not sure if I could convince Rahul to take the healing sessions.

When I discussed my problems with Indira, she suggested distance healing. Distance healing in Reiki allows practitioner to send Reiki energy across time and space. It works according to the Hermetic Law of Similarity, which holds that we are all connected, as we are all energy matter and part of a larger whole.

She said she would do the distance reiki healing sessions with me and I could in turn pass the healing to Rahul. We did healing sessions for 21 days during which we would fix a time, call each other and Indira would go ahead with the healing from her side. I had to hold a bottle of water in my hands through the sessions and through the session she would charge the water in the bottle. I ensured Rahul had this water to drink everyday. He soon started responding to the healing.

The repeat scans after 21 days showed that the stones had dissolved and Rahul was absolutely fine.

Ayurveda, one of the oldest form of healing in India uses metals like gold, silver, copper, etc for healing. When these metals are put in water for a specific period of time, the water gets charged with the health benefits of the metal. A lot of us use copper vessels to store and drink water for precisely this reason.

This is because water can change form and it takes on the health benefits.Similarly charging water through reiki energy helps the water to balance, detoxify and energize itself into an organized pattern. And when we drink this water, it becomes a part of us and helps us in our health. Indira used a similar technique where she charged water through distant reiki energy and the benefits of the charged water were passed on to Rahul.
